CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle yet powerful technique that is effective in releasing neck pain, back pain, and mental stress (among other things). It does this by optimizing the movement of cerebrospinal fluid through the spine and around the skull. Developed by physician William Sutherland, this therapy provides a very soothing and relaxing healing experience. This technique is a light touch therapy where you will not be undressing for the session however it is a hands-on therapy where that helps several conditions such as those suffering from migraines, trauma, PTSD, anxiety and stress.
This is one of the more common massages in my list of services. This massage is tailored to your specific massage needs and amount of pressure. This treatment may include, trigger point therapy, stretching, myofascial release and/or general Swedish massage strokes.
